Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Renewio ("the app") you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Renewio on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.

3. Free tier and Premium subscription

• The free tier lets you track up to 5 items.
• Renewio Premium unlocks unlimited items and AI receipt scanning. It is available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• The lifetime purchase is charged once and does not renew.

4. Reminders are best effort

Renewio helps you remember renewals, warranties, and deadlines, but notification delivery depends on your device settings and iOS. The app is provided for personal organization only — it is not financial, legal, or professional advice. You remain responsible for your own payments, contracts, and deadlines, and the developer is not liable for missed renewals, expired warranties, missed deadlines, or any resulting losses.

5. Your data

Your data is stored on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud. See the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your device backed up.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or use the app in any unlawful way.

7. Termination

These terms remain in effect while you use the app. Uninstalling the app ends the license; active subscriptions are governed by Apple's subscription terms.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published at this address. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
